Manfacturing
In House
At STCH Product, all aluminium and steel components are manufactured in-house at our Sydney workshop, ensuring full control over quality, precision, and turnaround times. Using premium Australian materials and advanced fabrication techniques, our team produces custom architectural metalwork including balustrades, screens, pergolas, gates, louvers, and structural steel, all built for durability and compliance with Australian Standards.
Installation
Next Level Service
Our experienced installation team ensures every product is installed safely, efficiently, and with precision. Working closely with builders and site managers, we coordinate deliveries and installations to suit project schedules. From balustrades and privacy screens to pergolas, gates, and structural steel elements, all installations are completed to meet Australian Standards and the highest quality expectations.

STEP 1
Consultation & Site Assessment
Client contacts STCH Product to discuss the project. Our team reviews drawings or attends site to understand requirements, measurements, and design intent.
STEP 4
Manufacturing & Fabrication
All components are manufactured in our Sydney workshop using high-quality Australian materials and precision fabrication methods.
STEP 2
Design & Quotation
We prepare a detailed quotation and, where required, shop drawings to ensure the proposed aluminium or steel works align with project specifications.

Finishing & Quality Control
Products undergo finishing processes such as powder coating and a full quality inspection before leaving our facility.
STEP 3
Approval & Scheduling
Once approved, the project is scheduled into our production program and materials are ordered.
