DASCO

Grand Hill

The Grand Hill is a high-profile residential development comprising 24 houses and 14 townhouses, for which STCH Product Pty Ltd was contracted by DASCO to deliver all aluminium metalworks. Our scope of work included the design, fabrication, and installation of:

  • Pergolas

  • Main entry gates

  • Privacy screens

  • Glass balustrades

  • Handrails

  • Vertical screens

  • Tennis court mesh

  • Swimming pool fencing and gates

  • And other custom metalworks.

STCH Product worked in collaboration with DASCO to ensure that the project was delivered on time and to the highest quality, adhering to all industry standards.

Corben Constructions

Project Holsworthy

Holsworthy is a residential development for which STCH Product Pty Ltd was contracted by Corben Construction to deliver premium aluminium metalworks. Our scope of work included the design, fabrication, and installation of:

  • Frameless glass balustrades

  • Fixed aluminium privacy screens

STCH Product worked in collaboration with Corben Construction to ensure that the project was completed on time and to the highest quality, strictly adhering to all industry standards.

Quality Construction Management

Project Caringbah

STCH Product brings premium aluminium solutions to residential and commercial projects, ensuring both aesthetic and functional value. Our recent Caringbah Project with Quality Construction Management showcases our expertise in large-scale custom installations.Caringbah ProjectFor this project, STCH Product was commissioned to install 350 metres of aluminium louvers with a timber-look finish in a 100x50 profile. These louvers provide enhanced privacy and airflow, perfectly blending functionality with a natural wood aesthetic.Our team worked closely with Quality Construction Management to execute this installation to the highest standards, ensuring both precision and durability.

Prepared Projects

Project Bronte & Dover Heights

Bronte Renovation

In Bronte, STCH Product was contracted to deliver comprehensive metalwork as part of a large-scale renovation. Our work included:

​

  • Custom privacy screens and gates featuring aluminium battens,

  • Pool fencing and gates for safety and elegance,

  • Terrace fencing and handrails for internal and external staircases, and

  • An aluminium pergola and bifold screens for added privacy and modern design.

Dover Heights New Build

​

For the new build in Dover Heights, we provided a range of metalwork installations to enhance the project’s contemporary design. Key elements included:

​

  • Frameless glass pool fencing and gates for an unobstructed, elegant look,

  • Secure, stylish aluminium gates, and

  • Custom aluminium louvers for privacy and light control.
     

STCH Product worked closely with clients and project teams to ensure these installations met the highest standards, adding durable, stylish, and functional elements to each site.
